Terms of Use

1. Who we are

LocalGrow operates an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent local sellers. We provide the platform, payment processing, and delivery coordination. Unless stated otherwise on a product page, the seller — not LocalGrow — is the seller of record for the goods you buy.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse offers or coupons.
• We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or repeated payment failures.

3. Orders and pricing

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable after you order, we may cancel and refund in full — we will never charge you more than the price shown at checkout without your consent.

All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner. We do not store your full card details. Where you choose Cash on Delivery, payment is due in full at the time of delivery.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Do not post reviews that are false, paid for, or that you have no basis to make.
• Do not scrape, resell, or republish our content without written permission.

7. Seller obligations

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality and legality of their goods, and for meeting dispatch commitments. Sellers agree to our separate seller terms in addition to these.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use LocalGrow after that means you accept the updated terms.
