Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹499 and above.
• ₹49 on orders below ₹499.

The exact charge is always shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay. You are never charged a delivery fee that was not displayed first.

Delivery timelines

LocalGrow is built around local sellers, so most orders travel a short distance and arrive quickly. The estimate shown on the product page and at checkout is specific to your pincode.

• Within your city — typically 1–2 days.
• Nearby cities — typically 2–4 days.
• Remote and rural pincodes — typically 4–7 days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, local restrictions, and public holidays can add time. If an order is running late you can see its current status any time in My Orders.

Tracking your order

Every order gets a live status — Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, Out for delivery, Delivered. Open the order from My Orders to see the full timeline. We also send updates to your registered mobile number.

Delivery confirmation

For most orders our delivery partner confirms handover with a one-time code sent to the mobile number on the delivery address. Please have it ready — it protects you against a parcel being marked delivered when it was not.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery is available for your pincode, payment is due in full when the parcel arrives. Our partner may not be able to provide change for large notes.

If delivery fails

If nobody is available, our partner will attempt delivery again. After repeated failed attempts the parcel returns to the seller and the order is cancelled and refunded, minus the original delivery charge where the failure was not our fault.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and phone number before paying — they cannot be changed once an order is packed. If you spot a mistake early, cancel from My Orders and reorder with the corrected address.
