1. Information we collect

You give us

• Account details — name, email address, mobile number.
• Delivery addresses and the recipient's contact number.
• Order history, reviews, and support messages.

We collect automatically

• Device and browser information, and your IP address.
• Pages viewed and products searched, used to improve recommendations.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see section 6.

We never store

Full card numbers and CVVs are handled entirely by our payment partner and never reach our servers. We keep only a payment reference and the last four digits.

2. Why we use it

• To process orders, payments, refunds, and deliveries.
• To verify deliveries — a one-time code is sent to the delivery number.
• To provide support and respond to your questions.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To send order updates. Marketing messages are only sent with your consent.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

• Sellers — the delivery name, address, and phone number needed to fulfil your order. Not your email or order history with other sellers.
• Delivery partners — the same delivery details, for the duration of the delivery.
• Payment and messaging providers — to take payments and send order notifications.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to, or to protect against harm.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Account information is kept while your account is open. When you delete your account we remove or anonymise your personal data, except records we must retain by law.

5. Your rights

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate — most fields are editable in your account.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand which parts of the site are used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the service — signing in and checkout in particular — will stop working.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is restricted and logged. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

LocalGrow is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
